Our good friend Kevin was scheduled to speak at REtechSouth before his sudden and tragic passing just a few short weeks ago. We miss him greatly and know that he’ll be with us in spirit.
The family is accepting donations for the children’s college fund.

Kevin is an agent with Maxsell Real Estate and started blogging exclusively about North Fulton County, Georgia, also known as the Alpharetta and Cumming area, in late 2006. On January 5th, 2007, he closed a $750,000 transaction that originated from a blog post. He knew that blogging was magic, but that solidified his blogging resolve and he hasn’t missed a week of blogging in two and a half years. Kevin refuses to write about anything on his blog that is not hyperlocal. No dilution is the solution, is the motto.
